A year ago, we had a dead mouse in our basement. We called Rose based on a glowing recommendation from a coworker and a tech came out and identified ONE hole, and placed bait boxes. This fall, the mouse problem progressively got worse and worse. I called about twice a month, and each time a tech would come out and change the baits and MAYBE identify a new hole. After returning from Thanksgiving, I discovered massive amounts of mouse droppings in my basement. I immediately called Rose, and you sent a tech the following week. He changed the baits and, again, identified ONE new hole. Frustrated, I looked for paths for entry myself, and found about a DOZEN that your various professional techs missed. I have sealed all holes immediately after discovery.

When I complained about about the droppings in my basement a supervisor came out and made a half-hearted attempt to vacuum them up (only my wife was home at the time, and she was unable to supervise). Once I was able to inspect, I texted several images to your supervisor showing the missed droppings and indicated that for the cleanup of the mess, which was a direct result of a massive failure of your services, to be truly complete, that the rest of the droppings would have to be removed, the floors sanitized and properly cleaned, and the carpets professionally cleaned (our children play in the basement).

He came out again, and with my pointing out all of the droppings missed, removed the rest. He would not sanitize anything because "we don't do that." This is despite the mess being the result of Rose's complete service failure.

As a result, I had to dispose of many items, including several children's items that we now need to replace. I also need to scrub the basement floors and will incur the cost of having the carpets professionally cleaned.

Your service failed, cost me a lot of money, and you have not fully cleaned up the mess you caused. I WILL NOT recommend Rose to friends.
