We have a monthly contract and it took 7 weeks to get a spray on our home. In the meantime we found German cockroaches in our bedroom, lounge, kitchen and even inside our fridge/freezer. We had to go out and buy pest spray and cockroach traps to treat our house ourselves. Yet we are still receiving monthly bills from Bowmans! We have been clients for over 2 years with a contract for regular monthly sprays. We are very disappointed with Bowmans and their lack of customer service, and their inability to honor our monthly contract.
