I asked about a possible rodent problem and was told they would check it out. They left without contacting me when finished with service. I saw on there invoice that they found no signs however as I explained I have heard noises in my attic or on roof. I looked in my attic and found mice droppings. I would have liked to discuss this more with them and found a plan for extermination before they left.
