I was fortunate to have Jason, Corey, and Riley assigned to do installation work in my attic and to prep my home for pest control. Jason and Corey worked together for the two days and Riley joined them on the second day. Jason and Corey seemed to work well together anticipating what needed to be done and getting it done.

Jason really stood out. He had a great work ethic. Displayed a desire to do a good, thorough job. He answered all of my questions (and there were many), allowed me to view the work that was being done (a request from me). He seemed to be able to do it all. He certainly lowered my anxiety level - this was a big project. I was pleased to see that he did the follow-up outside treatment for snakes and pests. I know he did a good job. (I think there is a snake in one of the traps.)

It was a pleasure to work with the entire crew - very personable, very good workers.

There is one thing that I am not clear about. I had my windows caulked. Perhaps I misunderstood the work that was to be done. I thought all of the edges around the entire window would be caulked not just the windowsill. I would appreciate clarification regarding this part of the project.

Also, your office is sending email copies of the work orders, work completion forms, etc. I had a hard copy of the first batch sent to me via mail and requested that the second batch be mailed to me. (I have not received the copies I requested.) At the time of the contract, I explained to James that, since I do not have a printer, I would need hard copies. He said he would make a note of that request on my file. Please make this notation and please send me hard copies of work orders (especially those that will indicate when service has been rendered around my house).

You might consider giving the customer a "receipt". I gave final payment, asked for a receipt and was told that my cancelled check would be my receipt.....really.
