tech did not show up in the 5 hour window I was given. I called after the window ended and left a message. I received a return call they said the computers were down and my appointment got lost. I asked for a discount on the service due to my lost time but they couldn't do it.
If you value your time don't hire this company.

I am sorry for your experience. Our office did not have power that morning due to the thunder storms that came through that night . I understand that the technician was going to be 30 minutes late, and we offered you a 10% discount because of your trouble. I was not able to offer you a 50% discount like you requested..
