Staff is friendly. Do not like having to use outside automated "tellers" during shutdown. Generally there is no other car using service in the Cape Coral branches on Cape Coral Parkway. My reluctance is due to newspaper photo of woman using the automated teller at the branch on Sunrise Blvd (east coast) with gun to her head. I also miss the inside automated teller where you could make deposits, withdrawals specifying the breakdown of the withdrawal amount.
