I am sorry that you feel the service was rushed. We had two tank trucks on site and 3 technciians and it may have seemed that the service did not take the time you expected, however; treatment for the first round is completed with a hose and the product delivery is expedited and efficient. During subsequent services the treatment is completed with a backpack which is more time consuming. I can assure you the service was correctly and effectively completed.
