Scanned through the house in a matter of minutes. Went into crawl space and obviously couldn't find any termites or signs of termite damage. I should have read the other reviews, because all the complaints were identical to what happened in our experience. Will never use this company, and will make sure that my experience is detailed at our HOA meeting/Facebook. I found a reputable company that I will use. They did a much more thorough inspection of house, garage and shed . I'm sorry I wasted $75 on this inspection. By the way, the quote was $6950, but the technician said he would waive $2400 ( that was not included in $6950)
