Honestly, I had a scheduled appointment, and they came early, when no one was home. I still had windows open, and our cat in the home, which were two significant things I wanted to control for. It was really important for me to be there. Part of the servicing, which had been discussed was not done, so someone is returning this week. Thankfully, I have the time and available. Part of the issue was based on the incorrect phone number associated with my account. The office staff was very apologetic and kind; however, it was really important for me to be present. I am looking forward to the next appointment, and believe that it will go smoothly.
