Joe arrived mid afternoon. He assessed and took care of our yellow jacket problem in less than 10 minutes. He was thorough in his explanation of the two step process and ensured us the pests would be gone in 4 - 7 days. HA. It was more like 4 - 7 hours. Thank you. Happy to use our front porch again.
