My service representative is very nice and shows up on time. However, the Terminix service itself is not meeting my expectations. I did not expect the service to primarily focus on the outside, unless I specifically ask for inside service. Most people use the service to get rid of insects/rodents in their home. Although I have seen a reduction of field mice & bugs, I still consistently see spiders in and around my home, even with service every two months.
