After 10 months of service with NO improvement in weed control I asked for a supervisor/manager to visit my home. Appointment set, no one showed and then I go through the process of trying to find out WHEN they will show up. I"m finally told they called and left me a voicemail to cancel, no voicemail was received NOR missed calls! I was rudely told by Adam prior to him hanging up on me to "check your voicemail". I rechecked and verified that I in fact never received either of the two calls they told me they made. CANCEL MY SERVICE and please send a confirmation of cancellation.
