Our new service rep introduced himself to us and told us Enviropst bought out our previous provider.
He asked about any concerns we may have but since we had just had 2 feet of snow I was not thinking about pests. He sprayed what he could and promised to come back another day - no cost - to do a more complete job.
I was concerned that we had not bee informed of the buyout and that another company now had my credit card on file - this done without my permission.
