I contacted Dallas to address a springtail problem I was having in my home! These little pesky, almost invisible bugs were making me literally HATE my house. I explained my concern to Rachel who was very empathic to me. She scheduled a service call with the owner and master technician Nick to resolve this issue for me. Nick arrived as scheduled and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and relatable. He sprayed inside and outside of my home and told me, "Problem SOLVED!" Which he was 100% CORRECT! Not only has this issue been resolved, as a courtesy and helpfulness, Nick scheduled a free yard spraying! I can't sing high enough praises of Dallas General Pest and Termite. I will be using them for my home's maintenance treatment moving forward! Dallas ROCKS!!!!!
