I do not understand how the "contract" and service works. Sign a one year contract and needed service but was charged $75 for a tech visit. I understand the "specialized" treatment but a charge for a tech to come out under contract I just do not get. As well as we were given different information from the "service tech" and the bug tech. Also very concerning.
