Have used Brody Bros. twice to investigate pest problems: squirrels in the attic; possible rodents in basement. In both cases, representatives came out and investigated and provided professional advice as to how to address the problem. Squirrels required repairs to gutter fascia where they could get into the attic (performed by another contractor).
