Pest Bear convinced me that they would transform our lawn from a Baja landscape to a lawn to be proud of. I was quite skeptical but their salesperson overcame my objections and I decided to give them a shot. I had tried two other national companies with no success. I didn't want to do sod as we lost new sod within a year with our last home.

What Pest Rear suggested made sense. They killed all the weeds and aerated the turf which gave the sparse St Augustine that was there a chance to spread. It looked ugly for about three months but low and behold, with continued monthly treatment the St Augustine started to spread. It's been about 7 months and the lawn has filled in magically. There are only a few spots left that need to fill in as they were quite bare to start. Our lawn looks awesome compared to where it started and Pest Bear predicts a much better lawn within the next several months. We couldn't be happier.
