Communication and scheduling / completing visits are lacking.
I am used to being on a schedule of some type (i.e. every other week, the 15th of every other month, etc). I am also used to receiving a reminder or confirmation call prior to visits. We have received neither of these. This makes it difficult to be prepared so that a complete indoor and outdoor treatment can be applied. It happened on your first visit, so we had to contact you to schedule a follow up and now it happened with this recent visit (only our third since signing up) and now we will have to schedule a follow up for the inside to be completed.
Billing has also been an issue. When I received the first invoice I contacted you to set up auto-pay (which was great because you even offered a discount on that first bill for signing up), but the person who I spoke to did something wrong and I kept receiving invoices asking me to pay the bill for which I had already submitted my banking info. It was finally sorted out, but I'm sorry it should not be this difficult.
I have no issues with the technicians that have come out to complete the service. They have been great, but overall it has been a struggle and I am not pleased with our results thus far.
