Yes your service is good. But NO you communication sucks. We ask that you call us before you arrive and you never do. We have a dog that needs to be locked up. If my dog bits one of your people shame on you. Also the last guy told me that someone would call from your office because I don’t think the guy who came out to do out termite traps did a proper job. I have cameras around my house and all it looks like he did was open the trap scan the bar code and close it. Never did he pull out any of the sticks. And he checked all 22 traps in under 17 min. I was told that someone would call to reschedule. Still waiting.
