Good: The tech's are friendly and approachable. The Supervisor I spoke to this year seemed to understand my frustration after reviewing the log of service calls/notes. (Thank you, Kelly.)

Bad: This was the fourth time since the new unit's installation 2 1/2 years ago that we have had to call for a service check. The install (Aug 2017) took over two weeks because they kept having to come back and fix things. (Like putting the coolant in the new system because they're only shipped with a minimum amount.) Last year, we had to call them back because it wasn't getting cold. There was a "slow leak" in a new system! This year, a "wire was loose" so it wouldn't turn on.
As it is, the unit which should be more economical to run than a 20yr old system isn't. The air out of the vents isn't as cool as it was last year and I'm tired of calling to have a tech come out. You'd think when we told the tech this last time what the previous calls were for, he would have double checked the coolant. Guess they're trained to make sure to get as much $ from the customers as possible with constant service calls. There are seniors and disabled in this house and having an unreliable NEW HVAC unit is another stress we don't need.

If we have to call Bell Cow next year because the unit doesn't run, or run properly, Bell Cow better replace the defective unit on their own dime. I know they don't care because they got their money (and keep getting more from us) but it's ridiculous to keep having to call someone out EVERY YEAR to fix something.
