You accommodated this and we thank you. I told someone from your office that the bank was going to pay the $125.00 termite inspection fee that we had already paid as part of closing distribution. I calculated what we owed and deducted the $125.00. I then got statement from you asking for the $125.00. I sent another $125.00 as you requested. Bottomline: Our account should be overpaid by $125.00. If you did not receive the $125.00 from Magnolia Bank, let me know, as you should have. If you agree our account is a positive $125.00 after all has been paid, please send me a check for the $125.00. Do not carry it forward to next year as I discussed with someone there. Otherwise, we are pleased with your service.
