Someone came out and I signed a contract on Wasp. They were to send someone on Friday he didn't finish and said he would be back on Saturday, he was a no show on Saturday, he came Monday and only did the front of the house and said he would be back. Tuesday a manager came and finished the job.

Next Mold and Mildew treatment: I paid $1,000.00 on July 26 for that treatment. Long story: I was told that they would be here at 10:00 (10:00 firm no time frame)yesterday August 3rd. I called @ 10:25 and was told that they had been longer than expected on another job. When the man finally showed up at 12:40 p.m. I questioned him about the delay. He told me that he only found out about this job 11:15 and got here as soon as he could.

Another thing the person that comes out to bid the job should be here to show the person that is going to do the job what he was to do. Instead, both men that did the job had never been here before and had no idea what the job site looked like.
