They are very nice, pleasant people. I learned this from my first call to set up an inspection. Ryan came to our house the next day and was friendly and thorough. We knew we had termites. He patiently explained all his findings and even drew a diagram. He showed us a price comparison between tenting and KilGard where we don’t have to vacate and they were comparable in price. We never wanted tenting which is why we called Kilter. James came the next day to apply the KilGard and he was also very friendly. He completed the work on our rafters in the garage and attic then went under the house for the subterranean treatment. This was all done in a reasonable time. He explained everything about the KilGard that we needed. I highly recommend Kilter for all pest control.
