Is a minor suggestion because it happen last year and this year again, had left instructions about locking the kitchen door when technician left and they left it unlocked and since the gate stays open anyone can walk into my house. Just be more careful and read instructions or common sense.

Mr & Mrs. Ortiz Thank you for bringing this up to our attention. Our standard training practices, is to leave a home how we found it. But we understand your concern. It appears as though your instructions were not communicated properly to your technician, and for that we apologize. We have set up a permanent "ALERT" in your file that will pop up for the technician to always insure the doors are locked upon their departure. This will eliminate this issue moving forward.
