Poor service and experience. Never was told where termite traps were but were charged for service. Cust service could not provide me with any useful info. Ants never subsided during our year of coverage. PM's were not performed on humidifier or vapor barrier. Pest technician showed up several times un-announced and could not perform service due to us not being there. Only performed in-house spray once though we had continuous problems.
