In general--I cannot say enough fabulous things about Spectrum and the employees who work there.

First of all---I am so very pleased with the Spectrum products. They work---and they are guaranteed!

Secondly--every Spectrum Manager and Spectrum Employee that has called to set up the next upcoming appointment is always so pleasant, friendly, courteous, polite, enthusiastic---and just a joy to speak with!

And---finally--regarding your employee, BRADLEY---I cannot say enough terrific things about him!

When he came to the house, he so kindly introduced himself. When I told him that there were three Spectrum Boxes to refill---he said: "Don't you worry. I will get them ALL refilled."

Then he so very nicely and thoroughly followed up with the question: "How have the Spectrum Boxes been working?" "Do you have any issues with mice?" "Please know that the first time that you do, to just call us and we will immediately come and look into it and fix it."

And--Brad was so friendly!

Not only was he friendly---he was so very helpful! He saw a big package that was delivered to the house that looked heavy and he went beyond the extra mile and asked if he could carry it into my house for me!

Not only was he a great worker for Spectrum---but he was also a kind and compassionate friend!

One doesn't come across service workers like Brad very often. Most people who come to perform a service, want to perform the service, and that is all that they are interested in doing. But--not Brad! He went BEYOND the basic requirements of the job!
