Thanks for employing such a conscientious, thorough, professional (yet friendly) technician, who recently offered excellent constructive advice to rid us of the pesky rat colony that has taken up residence in our back area. Among other things, we now have doubled the number of boxes that are monitored on our property and cleaned out what we had stored under the canopy in the carport. Kudos to her for the suggestions and also to you for hiring and training her so well. She’s a keeper!
