I worked with Smithereen for the first time at the recommendation of my neighbor. I am very pleased with the results. The Branch Account Manager inspected our problem area where pigeons were settling in on conduit piping and a brick abutment. He was very knowledgeable and aware of environmental considerations. I received a quote for services soon after his visit. The technician arrived promptly to clean the areas of fecal matter and then install steel spikes on the conduit and the surface of the brick abutment. He also added spikes on an extension of the conduit piping which he felt might still be another spot the pigeons would like. The finished job looks good. The spikes are thin. I was afraid the protection would be unsightly but it is not. Thank you, Smithereen!
