I was not home when your tech was here, but my neighbors were, and they were watching. I was told that they (the neighbors) use more spray when they clean their glass stove top than what was used on the side and back of my house. That concerns me, particularly when you consider your prices. I will certainly pay this invoice, but it is the last time I will have your folks come back. So sorry to report this, but it is what it is.
