I was extremely impressed with the timely phone calls and responses I received from the Smithereen professional I worked with. He always called me back, arrived exactly when he said he would, and was very helpful in setting the trap I needed set and in providing suggestions for how to discourage more pests (skunks, in my case) from burrowing near my home in the future. Hopefully my problems are over, but if they recur, I'm definitely calling these guys again.
