We are very pleased with the service we are receiving from Michael Midkiff. He Is working diligently to identify the critter that appears to be between the tiles and the boards in our roof. He found the attic crawl space to be clear of any critters on two separate inspections. He has set traps, on the ground with no captures, and in the crawl space (awaiting he next visit for results.) We appreciate Michaels tenacity in solving our challenging issue. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. We are following the plan he has made to identify and then to eliminate this critter. Thank you Michael!
