The office never called prior to the technician showing up at our home to advise us of the upcoming appointment. We found out the pest service was coming to the house 30 minutes before the technician showed up because he called us to confirm the appointment, which the office HAD NOT MADE WITH US. The technician, himself, was courteous, friendly and efficient. Our account says we must be called advising us of appointment schedules prior to the appointment. It works beautifully for a while and then all of a sudden the procedure just stops.
