The technician tracked some type of gooey stuff on the floor and kitchen mat when he came into the house to spray for insects. The bottle he was using was leaking and the spray dripped on the floor. It would be nice if the techs covered their shoes before entering homes. Also, they need to not need to use faulty equipment. It took me about 15 minutes to clean the floor. I could not get the stain off the mat.
