Service technician, Calvin, does a 5 star job when he services my property. He is friendly and professional. He will always look onto any issue I am having with bugs and etc. I do have a problem with billing. I receive my receipt of payment via email but I can not print it off from my computer. I have called twice and last week I was told on the phone somebody would contact by phone. Haven’y heard a word. I like to keep a paper copy of my receipts.
