I hired ACCEL just two weeks ago contracted them for pest and mosquito control. After the first initial spray there were a view hiccups that needed attention. John, one of the manager's quickly responded to my text message with regards to my concerns and within a day or two he addressed the problem to my satisfaction. Everyone that I have had the opportunity to meet or talk with over the phone have all been very polite and professional with a friendly tune. I initially left a message with a young lady who answered my call after my first spray requesting that Kirk who I contracted ACCEL thru to please have him call me regarding our first spray but I never heard from Kirk and I cannot say whether he did or did not receive my message. Again, once I reached out thru a text message John was on it and very quick at that and resolved everything to my satisfaction. So, thank you John for everything you did to resolve my issue's and quickly at that.
