No. terrible service still waiting for Kyle to come back and check the redo that he did a month ago. Never will recommend you or use you again. I might even contact your Franchiser and report you for the lousy service and hope they withdraw your franchise. Am I upset? Yes. Have I called, Yes numerous times. Do you care? Apparently not! 1 star is 1 too many but in order to submit, I have to give 1 star.

Yes, Andrew Chapman is always professional and informative when he is on his monthly check. He answers my questions and is very pleasant. In December i would like him to use a ladder to go above the screened porch where I heard scratching one evening. The team had sealed any openings under the overhang in that area last year and i want to be sure nothing is getting in to the attic. Thank you.

First would like to send a huge thank you to Phil Hoback and Zach Wolfe, for outstanding service.
Since this past summer was finding holes all over my back yard, over time like not kidding over 80 holes in that
time span wondering what in the world what animal was causing all this damage, when Phil showed up to survey the
damage he said that probably have a Raccoon problem, with in the first night setting up traps caught three Raccoon and second night trap two more Raccoon for a total of five, problem solved. I highly recommend Nuisance Wildlife Rangers for a great job well done.

NWR identified a number of areas on/around my roof which were open to invading rodents. Then, they sealed up those openings. Since I couldn't climb up to see the areas which needed to be sealed, the technician showed me the before and after pictures of each. I felt like I understood what they did and got good value.

What a joke, this company lies about coyote removal. It"s all over their websight but when you call they say sorry we don"t do coyotes. False advertising anyone. I hate companies that do false advertising. Isn"t that against the law.

I was pleased with the responsiveness and communication with the “rangers” but I was disappointed they would not put out more than one trap per day. This prolonged the process and now I still have more raccoons roaming my yard at night. I’m guessing you won’t put out more than one trap so that I extend the agreement to 2 weeks instead of one.
