Nuisance Wildlife Rangers started their service 2 1/2 weeks ago. They have checked the traps they laid in the attic area and living room for palm rats on a regular basis, every three days, as per their contract. They also have giving me a full email report after every visit describing the details of what they find. Very pleased with their service so far.

I am NOT happy with the service.
After leaving another company I’ve had for 11 years, I switched to your company expecting to rid my property of iguanas. This is the first time I’ve had to deal with iguanas. In the time I’ve been with you, your equipment and methods have not trapped nor killed one iguana.
Besides it appearing to be lack luster, the traps are taken away mid-Friday and returned mid-Monday as if caught, your company does no pick up of iguanas on the weekend. So basically, traps are in place 3 days, mid week and one half day Monday and Friday.
I regret hiring this company and would not employ them again.

Also, need to be clear to customers that " filling in the burrow " only equals scuffing the surface dirt back over the hole. I expected more.

We read your statement of completion and called you twice to ask some questions and to get your responses but you never replied. How do you know that all of the Raccoons are gone from my home? When are you or your techs going to get into my attic to dispose of any debris and to disinfect the attic? How about that ground hole on the north side of my home. Was it filled in?
