It was such a pleasure working with Nuisance Wildlife Rangers, LLC at our property. Zach Wolfe did above and beyond with the family of parrots who found their way into the building. Zach was able not only find the parents but the three baby parrots, too. At the end everyone was happy with the removal. We will definitely use this company again as they are professional and caring when removing the birds.

My biggest concern was the Iguana/Iguanas crapping all around my pool on a daily basis. You discovered I had a raccoon problem and trapped 2 of them. I'm happy about that but my Iguana problem is still active. Setting down a few sticky pads only caught some poor bird and a few "almosts" that got away. Your solution to that was to set down only one pad in an area that I haven't seen used by it. I thought you had a backup plan but I was wrong.

The tech, Zach, who worked with me was very helpful. He was great with communication and compassionate about the animals. There were outdoor cats at the site where he was trapping the raccoon, and he was very thoughtful about what he would put in the trap so it’s not to attract the cats.

As soon as I called about my woodpecker problem, the tech was on it. After 3 visits, the holes are filled in and no more pecking that was driving me crazy. I have signed up for ongoing treatment to deter birds so hopefully that will keep them away from my eaves.
