No more bugs! I am very happy with the extermination job Steve and 5 Star did for me. I was pretty nervous about the process prior, thinking all of my things would be covered in bug spray afterwards and worried about that and possible effects on my small dog, but that was an unfounded fear. He actually provided me with a colleague and I was able to get guidance/ answers throughout the process and therefore created a plan that worked for us. During the actual extermination, Steve was very thorough and very willing to trouble shoot, investigate and really figure out what needed to be done in my circumstance. He respond to my concerns and requests (there was a place we thought bugs might be coming from that was not somewhere he would have normally really gotten into) and in both these instances he responded rather than just brushing off my concerns and doing what he planned to do - I appreciate that and see it as a willingness to go over and above to do a good job. I hope I never have extermination needs again but if I do, I will call him/them immediately. If anyone else is having these same issues, I recommend they do too.

I've been a client of 5 Star for over 5 years. I used them at a previous building of mine & switched to them when I became a Resident Manager at another building. We have one regular technician (Phil) who comes to our building every week without fail & is very reliable & extremely thorough. I don't like companies who send a different guy every week as they don't know of any problems we've encountered or what or how things have been treated in the past.
