Dan is a true doctor of death, a maestro of bug-murder, and just a great guy all around. He and the A1 team worked around my unique situation and showed up on time for an assessment of my house. During the assessment, he was a fountain of facts regarding creeping crawlies and the kill-a-ma-jigs he could employ. After the assessment, and due to my timelines, he immediately called his bat phone and scheduled an appointment a for Sunday. Prompt again, he got to work. He not only used every tool in her arsenal, but never stopped explaining what he was doing, why it mattered, and what I could do to reinforce his efforts. We took special joy in applying "treatment" to a particularly bold spider in the basement. He is also just a good down to earth earth person, and in between bug battles we swapped stories of how we ended up in Dayton with the people and personalities we had. Call A1 Pest Doctors, ask for Dan, and enjoy both the bug murder-make and the conversation.

Although DJ and Daniel were very nice, nevertheless, after more than two weeks, the same exact sounds are still the in the attic. Called the office, and I have been told that it would take more time to get rid of the mice (maybe they ate a little bit of the bait ....!!!!). So upset and still need a solution.

Mr Charles was a God sent.I had just got home from hospital and had a few rats in my walls. due to plumbing fixture not sealed by plumber.. My nerves were SHOTand a over the place.Mr Charles found the trouble fix it and confirm no creators. That's customer service. He deserves a RAISE,please. So thankful.
