I called A1 after noticing suspicious damage. They came right out ,inspected the spot and said it was caused by termites. Of course I paid to exterminate them! I later learned that was old damage. The termites were long gone and there were no live colonies present. Which explains why the baits they set were never touched. I believe that I should have been told what my neighbor"s exterminator and my future exterminator told her, keep an eye out and call us if they come back or we can set baits now as a precaution. Instead I paid $1,200 to kill termites that weren"t there! My advice: if you are sure you have a pest that needs to be exterminated,call them. But if you"re in doubt and need an honest evaluation,call someone else.

We have had A-Exterminators provide services for our 15 cottages for over 10 years. They not only treated our cottages, they took the time to explain what we could do to help reduce future problems. They ensure there is monthly maintenance without our intervention, quick to respond to any special request and they provide detailed explanations as to what they did. As a result of their services, we rarely have any issues.

I have been a customer for three years. Aaron my technician is the BEST ! He is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Just a couple of weeks ago I had some ants in my kitchen and dishwasher. I called to let them know and in a couple of hours Aaron was on the job!! (Of course it helped he was servicing in my area) I have two cats and am always reassured that the treatments are safe for them to be around. Prompt, efficient,safe and friendly who could ask for more ?

Marvin and Gerry did a very thorough job spraying the exterior of our house as we were seeing clover mites on our interior window sills due to the wet spring.
