Always pleasant and asks if any concerns. Always keep the quarterly treatments. Service is fairly prompt when I can in for extra treatments between regular treatments. When I had an ant problem, I had called it in and it was taking care of within 3 days. The ants were gone in a few days and haven't returned. I really wish that mosquito treatments were included in the cost especially in GA with so many trees and rain causing the dampness. I think more people would opt for Active with that service included and there profits would definitely go up with the added customers switching over and staying on long term.

Am glad I was home this time so I could talk to the young man who came to service my property. He needed to replace some 'stations' as some of mine were dug up when my yard was re-landscaped. I had set them in plastic bags as instructed and I left them near one of the in-ground stations for 'replanting' but it was never done. They sat in those bags for 8-9 months! I told the young man about it when he came the other day and he got them re-set for me. I rarely recommend anything to anyone - that's why your last question is marked with a 0.

Scheduled service time was between 11am and 1pm. No one called, I found a bill on my door stating that they came around 5:20pm. This was the initial treatment and since I was not home they were only able to treat the outside.

The most recent Active Pest Control service was great. The technician treated inside, outside, and the attic. I'm assuming that there are ants in the yard. However, have not observed the ant nests. Will recheck.

Got email 8/3- that I was due for for inspection. I was out of town for work and pleasure for about 2 weeks. When I called today 9/15 to schedule. Amanda said my inspection was done on 8/13. No notice was left . No entry to my home. How do you do termite inspection without coming inside.

It was a below average experience. I've had other pest control companies treat my house before and in comparison to that, I would probably not use this company again. To explain, when I called to confirm appointment for service after the initial call (usually other companies will send confirmation email) they said I wasn't on the schedule and that I did not send the signed agreement form. I had signed it and sent it 5 days ago which I had said. The lady I was speaking with proceeded to tell me that I had not. I rechecked my email to see if this was indeed true, but when I opened the document it said it was signed and sent. I just told her to resend me one because I could not resign it. This was not a huge deal, but I just did not appreciate the fact that she said I didn't sign it when I clearly did. They just had not received it on their end. So after rescheduling, they told me the service rep will come anywhere from 9am to 5pm. The person did not show up til 6pm. I had to call twice to see if they were coming. When he did arrive, he was gone in 5 min. I did not think he did a thorough job as I had other companies take more time for the outdoor treatment. It was just not a good experience that I had with this company. I mainly did not like how there was not a more narrow time range where the service rep was supposed to come. I have pets who like to be outdoors, but I had to keep them indoors all day because I did not know when they would come. Also, it looked like it was going to rain so it was annoying that if it did, I would have to call again to reschedule. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend.

My experience with Active has been terrific! I have dealt with 3 people face to face, including the branch manager, and all 3 have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. I have received outstanding customer service from everyone and highly recommend this company!
