No I am not happy, they sprayed our yard in June for weeds. I called Gary 28 days later and told him it was not effective... no weeds died. I told him I wanted a complete respray of the yard and about 2-3 weeks later he sends a guy with a partial respray. Now here it is almost mid September and the yard still has not been sprayed the rest of the yard. I need to speak with Gary as soon as possible about a refund of the 3778.61 that we paid in June.

I havenā€™t seen any weeds die off yet but I do know that if downpoured for two days following the spray so Iā€™m sure it washed a good portion of the spray off when do you expect me to see effects before we respray it ?

The first guy who came out (our first month) did a good job and asked questions about our needs. The last guy (the second month) that came out seemed to be in a hurry, did not seem to spray as much and did not ask questions about our problem areas. I am hoping next month we get better service, like the first.

Our first experience with Advanced was Ho-Hum. I scheduled weed and pest control. The weed guy is super nice, but his equipment has failed twice and is going to require a third trip to complete our first application on the lawn. So, I canā€™t really give a good review as yet because the Tech advises he would return to spray the yard again.

As far as pest control, the guy was also super nice. However, for $100 I felt he didnā€™t do any more pest control than Iā€™ve been doing myself. Iā€™m not sure what my expectations were, but Iā€™ve had professional treatment at several homes in Texas and they did more than only spray with a pump up sprayer. Maybe he did more, but that was my impression. I was expecting to get more outside treatment because we get a lot of bugs around the house late Spring into summer and I thought a early start would be helpful.

This Frank from the American Legion. The pest control technician sprayed the outside weeds when last he was here. The herbicide did not take and the weeds are bigger now! Frank.

This is our first application, but your rep Rick arrived on the day that was agreed to. He phoned to let us know that he was beginning the service. Rick also followed up after completion and let us know that he was through. He didn't have quite enough dye, but assured us that he did treat our entire property. I really appreciate the communication, and believe that Rick did a good job. Thanks!
