A long time after I started using your service and many payments...the rats are still here and proliferating.I was told that the "results guaranteed" does not apply to rats. Until recently I was never notified when your your technician is here. The traps in the attic have not been checked in a year. I wish i could remember the name of the service I used when I lived on Daniel Island that really got rid of my rodent problem.

- Prices go up too frequently especially within th past 2 years
- You are notified by a voice mail and are lucky if you get a two day notice as typically the voice mail indicates your service will be tomorrow (a very inefficient way to schedule for those who work, have small children, etc), then you get the pleasure of having to call them back to reschedule
- You can no longer pay the technician and are now required to log into their in line system to make the payment, they no longer will accept mailed checks either
- Their new voice mail scheduling, having to go on line to pay the bill, and having to call them back to reschedule fall on their clients to do….they should be lowering their prices for the increased work their clients have to do
- Surely they have reduced their staff with their new voice mail and on line payment systems.

Service man was nice but very soft spoken. It was hard to understand what he was saying. He did not really tell/show me everything he did. I have no idea when my next appointment either. Communication needs to be better.
