Communication was so so. The tech came and reviewed everything but never said anything when we left. It looks like he tried to put something on our fence and bent it but again just left without saying anything. It’s been over a week and we still have carpenter bees flying around but there doesn’t appear to be any new damage.

Overall yes. However, I had someone come out and check bugs inside my house about 2 months ago. He took samples, and said he’d call when he knew what they were and what you’d do about it. I followed up with a call several weeks after (and that was now several weeks ago), was told it would be addressed and I’d get a call, and I still have gotten no response.

In the last two years, I have seen the customer service and service go in the wrong direction. Not sure if there was a management change but when I first signed up for the umbrella coverage, the service was outstanding. I am hoping it gets back to where it was.

Terrible customer service. I asked after being a customer for years if they would put our subscription account on pause during the interim of me closing on my new house and purchasing another one and they were completely un willing to work with us! So disappointed, considering pest control company"s are very common you would really want to stand out and keep loyal customers happy!!
