I have been a customer for almost 2 years and this company is amazing. Excellent service and communication with their clients. Zee is our pest control worker who comes out. He has excellent customer service skills. He is friendly, personable, nice, polite, efficient, dependable, kind and respectful when he comes to service my home. I have two little children and he is always considerate with when to drop by to be mindful of their nap times. I really appreciate his service.

We have had no return of termites that we know of and continue to have them monitored just as a means of insurance should we sell at some point. We are only part time on island but the one time we met with a termite inspector he was pleasant and seemed knowledgable.

I was told by the technician in the pre-inspection that the treatment for bird mites was to spray the baseboards, doorways and perimeter of the ceiling as they will crawl on the ceiling and through doorways.
I received the invoice that showed treatment of only "the baseboards, under the bed and garage". (No doorways or ceiling perimeters mentioned)
I am a little concerned. This treatment was done two days ago and myself and my mother dealt with a great deal of mite activity and bites last night. Not sure if the lack of spraying the ceiling perimeter and doorways continued to allow the mites access to us.
Perhaps a more complete treatment (to include the ceiling perimeter and doorways) is needed?

Initially our tenting was scheduled 2 months out, but your salesman I.S. was instrumental in coordinating our (myself and my tenants) scheduling needs and satisfying our requirements and deadlines! I was immediately informed when an earlier slot became available. I.S. made sure we were all informed, prepped and ready for the fumigation. Your team was on schedule and on time from start to finish.
