Arterix service is firs rate. The tech is friendly, knowledgeable, & thorough. This visit, somehow I missed the date. Didn't matter, Art promptly replied to my email requesting rescheduling & it was all done in a week. You can't do better. I know; I've had a couple of the nat'l guys, and they suck.

We can always count on Arterix to rid our property of dangerous pests. From a picture and a video we provided, they determined that we were dealing with yellow jackets rather than hornets as we'd suspected. Within a day of our call, their professional tech had exterminated the pests from above our front door, removed the basketball sized nest, and even cleaned it off our porch. We are very happy with the service we received, as well as the results. We had a wasp nest in our exterior wall, and the wasps penetrated the sheet rock on the interior wall of our living room. Arterix responded immediately to our request for assistance, and the treatment eliminated the wasps almost instantly. Arterix also performed a follow-up visit as part of the routine service, and offered a final round of treatment to resolve any lingering issues. We highly recommended their services and their staff!

This is my second interaction with Arterix and Chance for a yellow jacket problem. The first time was inside and Chance took care of that so I was very happy to see him today for my outside yellow jacket issue. He is THE BEST!. I called Arterix on a Saturday about a new colony of yellow jackets that established in an exterior wall of my townhome, where masonry meets cedar siding. Jamshed, the technician, arrived on Monday afternoon. The treatment worked immediately that day and Jamshed returned two weeks later for a second go-around, just in case. We had a large hornets nest develop on our house and was unsure how to get it removed. Luckily, Art and his team had the answers. They were able to quickly answer my questions and schedule a time to come out and deal with the nest. Todd came onsite and had great communication on what to expect. He also went around and clean up some smaller nests that were starting to develop. Great experiance all around.

When he arrived he told us what he would do.
