Arterix did a fantastic job eliminating a yellow jacket nest that was lodged between our bay window and wall. I was able to send photos of the issue to their website and then was contacted via phone for a price proposal and to schedule a treatment. Jamshed, the technician explained clearly how he would deal with the nest, and he kindly and expertly answered all of my questions. He returned 2 weeks later for a second treatment that ensured the yellow jackets were gone. The whole process was easy and effective, and I highly recommend Arterix!

The service provided by the technician was very good, except he was late. Scheduling is an issue, as the evening before the appointment, you get a 3 hour time window for the next day. The technician had too many calls and showed up after the 3 hour time window (2-5 PM). He did call me at 4:30 to tell me.

I'm very satisfied with the service I received from this company. They came out promptly on a Sunday afternoon to deal with an emergency involving an angry swarm of yellow jackets. I was calling on behalf of my poor mom, who was their unfortunate victim. Art found the culprits' nest, treated it, identified and knocked out some wasp nests, too, and communicated well with me throughout the process. I'm very grateful for all that they've done.

I chose this company because of its high ratings and because it was local. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The treatment was expensive, yet I continued to have mice throughout the colder months. Now that the weather has warmed up, I no longer see mice, but that seems to be due to the seasonal change rather than the treatment itself. For the amount I paid, I expected much better and longer-lasting results. I can't say the service delivered the value I was promised. If I have to suggest I will say go with national company in the same price.
