I recently purchased my home and had a carpenter bee and wasp issue. I called Arterix Pest Control and they came out a few days later to spray for the carpenter bees and remove the wasp nests. Arman is who came to my home and he was great! Very professional and thorough. He also came with his own shoe covers and was diligent about putting them on/taking them off when in my home...which I thought was very considerate (I didn't even have to ask for this). The bee activity appears to be gone completely! They came and sprayed again 2 weeks after the initial spray and told me that if those bees return in the future, they will come and deal with them again, free of charge! I am very happy with the service.

No, I'm not happy. You haven't called us back to schedule a second appointment, meanwhile the yellowjackets have begun to get into other parts of the house and their hive seems to have expanded. You also keep calling me (Jensen) not my mother, as I asked you to.

Our technician Chance was very thorough, friendly and tolerant of me and my daughter as we hid and ran every bee. He explained everything, showed us where they were getting in and even took measure to try and seal the inside opening so that the bees couldn't get inside. So far so good and there have been no sightings since the service. I would absolutely recommend them. The price was also very reasonable and comes with a guarantee.

Art, was really super responsive, very knowledgeable and most of all does not try to sell you on anything, his is approach is lets try this first. He was quick to reply and then came out and did the work as needed and as he saw fit. We have seen a dramatic improvement in bugs and pests. I know we will have a long and trusting relationship and I see now why he does not need a contract as just working with him you know you will continue to work with him. Thank you Art for helping us stay as bug free as possible while still being healthy.

I had a really negative experience with Arterix and will unfortunately be searching for a different pest control provider. The tech who showed up was rude and insulting.(context: he mentioned that most people discover termites when they hang things on the wall, and I said I hoped I would have found them if they were there since I'd hung a bunch of pictures. He said he noticed the creepy dolls.... Um, what? My dolls aren't hung on the wall? And why are you randomly insulting me in my own home? He gave me a very insincere apology and kept cracking jokes that made me uncomfortable, to the point where I was relieved when he finally left.) He then proceeded to leave my backyard gate open despite meeting my dog, and my dog got out because of it. I spoke with his manager who understood my frustrations (though saying you get it because your mom is defensive about her own creepy dolls...not the point and doesn't help), but having thought on it, I don't feel comfortable hiring Arterix again. I hope they learn from this experience and that others have a better time with them.

Art initially offered me a full refund, but it was never processed, and now I'm having to file a credit card claim to get my money back. Frustrating to have to do that, but that's life sometimes!

We had the pleasure of having Arman visit our home for to assess where some mice where entering our attic master bedroom. For the treatment plan, the first visit consisted of Arman inspecting our entire home and leaving mice stations as a means of determining where in the home mice were active (evident by eating the bait). Arman was extremely professional, thorough and detailed. He explained his methodology carefully and the reasoning behind leaving the bait stations versus sealing up holes from where mice could enter. Two weeks later Arman returned to inspect the bait stations. As we suspected, mice visited one station in our master bedroom in the attic where we have had some mice issues. He suggested not sealing the roof area as it would be challenging and expensive to find where the small holes are. Instead, he reasoned that the few mice that are entering would die from the bait and very likely we would not have other mice for some time. bottom line, this is an outstanding company and we are very pleased with their approach to solving, at least in our case, a minor mouse issue. We highly recommend Arterix and please ask for Arman who is such as pleasant young man.

This is the first season we have tried mosquito treatment and Art was very knowledgable and transparent about what we should expect. Our first service was on time, and the technicians were very communicative. Not a single mosquito bite in the first 10 days. This far exceeded my expectations.
