We called Arterix Pest Control for help to get rid of yellow jackets that had made a nest behind the brick wall of our office building & were really starting to invade our offices! They were very quick to respond & answered all of our questions when we made our initial inquiry. They came out the next business day to access the situation & spray and were incredibly friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend Arterix if you find yourself hosting unwanted guests!

This is my second interaction with Arterix and Chance for a yellow jacket problem. The first time was inside and Chance took care of that so I was very happy to see him today for my outside yellow jacket issue. He is THE BEST!. His friendly and professional demeanor makes me feel at ease from the start. He explains everything and answers all my questions. I would highly recommend Arterix ,and Chance. If I have any more issues of this kind they will be first call I make.

I called Arterix on a Saturday about a new colony of yellow jackets that established in an exterior wall of my townhome, where masonry meets cedar siding. Jamshed, the technician, arrived on Monday afternoon. The treatment worked immediately that day and Jamshed returned two weeks later for a second go-around, just in case. My communications with Art, the owner, Nataliia in the office, and Jamshed were all excellent. I highly recommend Arterix.

We had a large hornets nest develop on our house and was unsure how to get it removed. Luckily, Art and his team had the answers. They were able to quickly answer my questions and schedule a time to come out and deal with the nest. Todd came onsite and had great communication on what to expect. He also went around and clean up some smaller nests that were starting to develop. Great experiance all around.

We called and got a time for the next week.
We called and asked if we called and asked if we could be serviced sooner and was told they could the next day.
Then they called us later and was told they could come out the same day.
When he arrived he told us what he would do.
He removed the Hornets nest quickly and cleaned up the mess.
We would use them again if needed.

We used them a few weeks ago for out rat problem, and just two days ago they started on our cockroach problem. Each morning, when I got up to make coffee, as I opened our pull-out drawer where we store the coffee, sugar, etc., I would face dozens of these bugs scurrying off in every direction. We were very happy with the politeness and professionalism of the gentleman who came, but the nest was not fully destroyed and people got stung in the days that followed. We feel grossley overcharged for one 20 min treatment at about $340 with no guarantee. Two treatments is $440 so I assumed one was $220. We have a bee allergy in the family so this was urgent. We will not use this service again.

I called yesterday with an urgent issue. Wasps were swarming in my front yard and our lawn keeper was unable to mow. He was bitten repeatedly. I sent a text to Arterix and promptly received a response indicating that they would be out between 9 and 12 the next morning to take care of the problem. I received a text when the technician was 15 minutes out telling me that he was on the way. He arrived, explained what he was going to do and when to expect results as well as what to do if this treatment didn't get rid of the wasps. Thank you for your prompt response!
