During the home service the technicians lack of efforts to to conduct a full service on the main air handler unit of the residence. This was evident due to the water reservoir not being cleared of debris on the outside of the unit.

Bell Cow technicians arrived at scheduled time to install a new crawl space door even though weather warnings for wind and heavy rain had been issued. They began the work, successfully completed the job, and demonstrated how the new door solved the problem of the previously ill-fitting warped one. Both techs were courteous and professional.

I am a bit confused.
I had my AC checked out and I guess my plumbing too because two different workers came the same day.
Neither handed me an invoice and one said I would get THE PAID receipt on my email. I did.

I am used to getting an Invoice saying what is being done. Then day work is finished and I give worker my Visa to pay, I understand the office will give me a receipt.

The INVOICE "stating work to be done" is what I need for my records. Otherwise, a You Paid receipt means nothing.

Also my name is Judi Picha not Bob Picha which still appears on the invoices.

Dawson Tey is an asset to Bell Cow. He arrived and set to work evaluating our HVAC system and determined that replacements and updating were required. On Thursday, July 11, 2024, Mr. Dawson Tew answered a service call I made to Bell Cow. My AC system had completely shut down and I could not power it back up. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism, technical knowledge, and ability. He was customer-friendly and politely answered all my questions, ensuring that I understood his answers.
