At the time of service, I thought everything had been taken care of. I still have an infestation of rats in my house. I paid for restoring insulation not replacing it. The person from Terminix said it had been pushed back in place and someone I know went under my crawlspace and said it was not pushed back in like what I paid for. Terminix is supposed to come back & check the bait box. They tried to sell me more jobs than were needed. I believe I’ve been overcharged for everything that you guys were supposed to do. Please reply about what I need to ask them.

During the home service the technicians lack of efforts to to conduct a full service on the main air handler unit of the residence. This was evident due to the water reservoir not being cleared of debris on the outside of the unit.
