Work was not done properly, the screen on the vents was installed on the outside instead of inside were it was originally! Cheap work and lazy repair I have contacted Terminix and let them know that this needs to corrected! I paid top dollar for this repair and did not get top dollar work!!!

They did a great job of building our custom fit crawl space doors while on site. The doors are made of a rigid, stiff polystyrene board. Treated wood was used as a “door frame”, secured and weather sealed to the foundation. Our siding was modified and finished with PVC molding. Should last a long time. Would have been nice to have discussed colors before starting as it’s all white, but I don’t mind painting them to blend better. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome professional service! Thank you. Just one issue with billing. Recd an invoice for covered service for upcoming year and when I called to pay, she charged me 20.00 more than the invoice stated. Was not happy as she said it was wrong/they hadnt corrected it prior to mailing. It clearly showed it was printed a week or so prior to the current date. Not good service by your office staff. Field staff are awesome!

Work was done swiftly and smoothly. But the crew damaged one of my AC vents. It was wide open in the attic after they left. Looked like they stepped on the vent joint and snapped it wide open. Considering the ongoing rat problems in my attic, that could have led to rats going through my vent system.

Not a quality job. Very poor (dare I say no) skill at installing insulation. Large areas missed...not just a little, but a lot. Insulation blown on and into (yes into) my heating unit. My HVAC company just inspected my unit and spent 30 minutes cleaning the insulation out of the heat exchanger (breathing in burnt insulation can't be healthy and a fire hazard). Would not use again or recommend to anyone (even an enemy).

Just a few of my discontents:
1. Left my back roof shingles raised and vulnerable to the wind and elements.
2. Did not remove the old torn gable screens BUT installed the new screens over them. TACKY!
3. Initially, the 6'6" man began working alone. I thought he was by himself. I told him to let me know when he was done. Later his helper arrived. When I went to check their progress, they were gone. No one let us know they were done and I thought they went to lunch. I wanted them to walk me through the specific work they had done. STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT EXACTLY WAS DONE.

First time using the team. They showed up on time didn't really know what to expect, since they were a subcontractor for terminix. They explained to me they needed to access attic and roof to check and seal off any access points for rodents to intrude. I permitted access to as requested.
