This review is for crawlspace vent cover installation. Exterior wise, the vent covers look fine, however, on the inside, the technicians sprayed foam to seal the vent. Unfortunately they sprayed foam onto the screen that prevents insects from entering the crawlspace, leaving a 1/4 to 1/2 inch space all the way around, except for the top where they used no foam spray at all...

Although I should have been informed immediately to increasing the size of the entrance to my attic in order for my heating unit to get in, the service was really good. The two service men that came to replace my HVAC was prompt, friendly and very professional. They discard of all the old parts, cleaned up, and informed me on how to use thermostat as well. An excellent job was done and I would definitely used Bell Cow services again. Also, would like to give kudos to the customer service representative that I spoke with.
