The job is not complete! There is one vent that was not covered and another that has fallen off. There are openings from the garage that were not sealed. Not sure about the rest of the job because I have not been under the house.

I had a service appointment 7 days ago; I was told the part had to be ordered which would take 1-2 business days to be received. Well, it's 7 days later and I’m still waiting on the part. It is currently 24 degrees outside, and I am still without heat. I have been in contact with Ms. Dakota who has been very helpful with the waiting process.

The Bell Cow crew arrived as scheduled and immediately got to work. The did a thorough clean out of the debris and old insulation that had fallen down in the crawlspace. Upon clearing the space, they expertly placed the required vapor barrier throughout the space, sealing it with tape along the outer walls and around the vertical supports under the main floor. Once finished with the barrier installation, the crew loaded all the refuse/trash and left a relatively clean space for the encapsulation that followed. I was pleasantly surprised at the detailed clean up that needed no additional work from myself. Truly appreciated the professional job completed by the Bell Cow team!
