In the past our pest control service always included treatment inside and outside the house. I had to specifically ask that the inside be treated for pest concerns when the gentleman said that this is not routinely done by your company. Really?! Also he assured me that an invoice would be sent to my email address. That did not happen. Would you please address these issues. Thank you. Marilyn Haerr.

I've had these services performed, before, this was by far my best experience. Sean was very professional and observed the recommendations for the Covid-19 protocols. A pleasurable experience.

Regarding: Patrick, Jose and your A/R professional
Hello. I live at 2508 W. Huron, Chicago 60612. I was pleased when I called yesterday for a bed bug inspection and Patrick was able to schedule me for today between 12:00 and 2:00 P.M. I called just 8 minutes before you closed and still Patrick was patient and able to schedule service for me today He provided answers to all of my questions and was very helpful. My compliments. Then today, my house was just inspected by Jose. Jose arrived promptly, just a few minutes after 12:00. He took his time and was thorough and respectful in his inspection. Gratefully, he found no evidence of bed bugs; but, nonetheless, also answered all of my questions and provided valuable information that I would not have know to ask for. In a stressful situation, it was nice to have a service person of Jose's quality. Prompt, thorough, respectful and kind; what more could I ask. In our exchange as he left, I learned that Jose is a new dad today. That made it all the more impressive that he could focus on his job and do such a good job. Finally, when I called after Jose left to pay my bill, the phone was answered by a female employee in your accounting area I regret that I didn't get her name, as she matched the positive experiences I had with Patrick and Jose. The technician servicing our space at the University does an exceptional job at not only visiting regularly but offering experienced advice on concerns and how to improve with weather conditions. We have had service with Kim Mountain pre 2004, he has been outstanding. He recently sold his Pest Control business to Smithereen, thus we really haven't had a chance to evaluate.
